In Diamonds Soccer Academy, our coaching philosophy promotes the retention of the players interest in a fun environment. We seek to create a challenging developmental atmosphere where learning takes place, considering the emotional intelligence in our players in order to educate them in a comprehensive way. Diamonds Soccer Academy develops soccer players, but we also seek to develop human beings with values.

In Diamonds Soccer Academy we develop social and physical skills on our players. This way,
the kids learn to work together and handle situations by using the tools provided for them to
be able to control their emotions. We will focus on building our players minds to help them
understand the Action-Consequence relation, followed by the decision making scene.
